CSX Holdings is a prop-tech company founded by Mr. Charles Tsao and Mr. Anson Ng with diversified investments in range of investment areas, including rental apartments, office buildings, and industrial factories, strategically located in key locations such as Kota Kinabalu, Sabah and Klang Valley. As of March 2024, our total property value is approximately MYR 188 million, with total of 196 properties units.

BACKGROUND
Initially established as a logistics company in 2007 under the name CSX Solutions Sdn Bhd, CSX expanded its business and established CSX Logistics Sdn Bhd in 2013. In 2019, we established CSX Distributions Sdn Bhd, engaged in real estate investment and rental property projects which is powered by Hyweb Malaysia Tech. Sdn Bhd, formed in 2017 and managed by Fast Home Properties Services Sdn Bhd, formed in 2020. CSX continues to expand its business scope and underwent corporate group restructuring in 2023.
